We finished the week with a respectable 12 fish. The first two days were very difficult with high winds and bright sunshine, but as the conditions improved so did the fishing. Early in the week we caught fish mainly on the upper beats, but as the river dropped fish were caught on the lower beats with 3 from beat 3 on Saturday. Looking forward to next week, the loch is nearly full and so we will have reasonable water for the week. |
