We have had a lot of rain this week and the river has been up and down a bit, which has not helped the rods. The week started with 8 inches and as I write this the river is rising rapidly, with water pouring over the dam. We managed 7 fish for the week and fish were seen running the fish pass as the river rose. We have more rain forecast on Sunday, so am expecting the river to be in full spate. The loch is full, so that will give us reasonable water for the rest of April. |
