Blog: A more settled week. It has been cold with hard overnight frosts and the river has been dropping nicely, it did look good for a fish! A good number of rods have been out and it has been disapointing that their efforts were not rewarded. Spring is definately in the air and it has been a real pleasure to be out on the river, the skylarks are starting to sing and the geese are dathering before the head off north. Only thing missing is a spring fish
