Firstly I would like to thank Eddie for the support he has shown to me,in the run up to taking over as the Fishery Manager. His management leaves the river in great shape, which recent electro fishing results have confirmed. He is a hard act to follow, but I will do my very best.
The weather this week has given us a very mixed bag, high winds, snow, sleet and a milder spell at the start. The river has been at a good fishing height for most of the week and a number of people have been out but no sign of that first fish. For those that are fishing next week, tight lines. |
