We come to the end of another season and can reflect on what the elements have thrown at us throughout the year. It would be fair to say that conditions have not been very kind to us for much of the season which, in turn, reflects in the catch record.
Our heart goes out to Anglers who have driven many hundreds of miles to visit the Thurso and met with really poor conditions. I admire the way that the Ghillies, week in week out, have handled their personal disappointment when welcoming visiting anglers, knowing full well what the week ahead was going to be like.
On a personal level-------- I have enjoyed every precious second. |
