Report: Firstly, I really must apologise for the lack of a report last week. Those who read the report from two weeks ago will understand that I needed to seek sanctuary unil Isobel`s ire had abated !!
Despite the river bouncing around between one to three feet we fished remarkably well. Pat "The Mighty" Quinn returned a hen fish which was estimated at twenty eight pounds and there was a fresh run nineteen pounder from Loch Beg.
As I write there is a run of fish coming through which are weighing about the eight pound mark. These are the fish which we normally call our Summer salmon.
