Report: At this stage last week I was tasked with keeping the water flowing in to the Hatchery. After a very quick thaw and the river off the gauge in Halkirk, my problem today has been to pump water OUT of the Hatchery.
There has to be concern about the redds which, ideally, would have needed a little more time to settle back.
