Report: After much manipulation of the sluice gates at Loch More, we finally got to the redds on Thursday morning. It was a day of fifty miles per hours winds along with rain, sleet and hailstones.
With a rapidly rising river it took us less than three hours to get 150,000 eggs which was our target.
It was an incredible sight to see so many fish spawning and reminded me yet again of the immense privilege that is mine being able to be a small part of this wonderful river.
