First of all I really must apologise for the lack of a weekly report since the end of the season.
Although there were difficult periods in the course of the year the final total of 1,586 was very pleasing. Again, this year, we were taking fresh run sea-liced fish on the last day.
At present the Hatchery is being prepared forthe hoped for 250,000 eggs which, given reasonable water conditions, we will be puting there in mid November. |
