The Thurso River - Caithness

Report:	We have fished reasonably well given the very poor conditions. It has been incredibly cold in the shade no matter which direction the wind blew from. The quality of fish has been really good with fish of twelve to fifteen pounds being landed regularly. Three more "Dougie Benches" went on this week. One is situated at the head of the Uppper Tormsadale on beat nine, another by the Tail of Rebeg on beat seven and the third is by Morris`s Cairn on the Comlifoot Pool on beat four
