Despite the river falling away rapidly we still landed some good fish in the course of the week-----the best weighed in at twenty one pounds.
We have put new beches along some on the river. There is one on the left bank of the Weedy Pool on beat thirteen, another on the Old Woman`s Pool (named after my wife) on beat eleven, another above the Mill Stream on beat nine and we have plans for a few more. We have decided to call the "Dougie Benches" as Dougie was the Designer and Carpenter |
