Although the Dam at Loch More was still spilling over by several inches we decided on Friday morning to open full all the sluice gates. This was done to attempt to bring the Loch under our control which will make our spawning efforts have a greater chance of success. I will be able to report to you next week just how successful, or otherwise, this has been. |
