The little rise that we had in water levels from last week had disappeared by Monday. Nigel Street took his first ever Thurso salmon from beat ten and, being one not to do things by halves, gave us our biggest fish of the year so far----a twenty -five pounder. Firts time visitor to the Thurso Martin Reidesser had a couple of nice fish weighing seventeen and fifteen pounds. We had another small lift in levels ------only from the Little River-----and a lot of fresh fish were seen entering the system. |
