The Thurso River - Caithness

Report:	As you may have read on yesterdays Blog the first fish has come off at last. New Employee Geordie Doull took the fish from the stream on Loch Beg----it weighed seven pounds and had been in the system for a couple of weeks. We have had some rainfall in the past twnty four hours and Loch More is almost full again. This fresh water coupled with the huge tides should bring a few more fish in to the river---- but it would appear that the fish are a little late arriving again this year.
