It is incredible to think that we are only six days away from another fishing Season. At ten o` clock on Friday morning Ghillie, Jimmy Sutherland from Wick, will invite Local Businessman Jock Campbell to cast the first fly of the year. In the Evening we will have the Opening day Dinner where the Guest Speaker will be Sir Michael Wigan.
At present the river is rather high (37 inches) but even if it stays high, there will be spots where a fish can be taken. |
