The Thurso River - Caithness

Report:	It has been a pretty horrendous week with gales reaching 80 MPH and very heavy rain. In mid-week I did check out the fords but there was very little evidence of fish moving up to spawn. Provided that we can get the river height under control we would look to catch up a few spawners in the latter part of next week.
