This week we had the privilege of being invited to Halkirk School to speak to the Students who are doing a project on the Thurso. I was amazed at the interest and insight that was shown by these young people and we spoke with them for over an hour and a half. The Youth of today get a pretty bad press but I can tell you that the Pupils of Halkirk School are a credit to their School, Themselves and their Parents.
In the course of the week we have been visiting the spawning areas but, as yet, no activity has been seen. |
