Despite having a four foot plus spate on Tuesday and very bright sunshine therafter we still enjoyed a very good week. Young Calum Moffatt had his first ever salmon on beat three, and this despite the attempts of his Father and Uncle to encourage it to drop off-----(this is not a true story-------it was only his Father who tried to make it drop off). Welsh visitor Rhun Edwards had his first salmon on fly and , as ever, Nigel Griffiths had more than his fair share.
Looking ahead, with the number of fish in the system, we would expect to have another good week.
