Brilliant sunshine, a rapidly falling river and the Spring Run yet to arrive, best describes the situation on the Thurso. We have had two fish for the week and that was a mackeral------sorry a miracle. I am quite despondent as the forecast is giving similar weather for the next few days.
Work has now started on the lower access on beat nine and we have now decided to re-route from the old track as it becomes flooded on a regular basis. |
