The Thurso River - Caithness

Report:	For only the second time since October 2006 the water has stopped running down the fish ladder at Loch More. The fact that the fish pass has had constant water means that the greater majority of our early fish have accessed Loch More which means that the Spring component of our stock is safe for another year. The fishing has been slow during the month and some of this can be attributed to the very variable weather conditions.
