The Thurso River - Caithness

Report:	It has been a very frustrating week as we have been unable to get the river low enough to go spawning. The height has been bouncing around between fifteen inches to three feet and we need to have it at twelve inches minus to negotiate the fords. Again, because of river height, it has been almost impossible to identify numbers of fish on the redds.
