We have had another week of Summer -like weather which has made fishing very difficult. But, as ever, there were exceptions to the rule. Jamie Cameron had four fish in under an hour from The Braal Pool on beat four and Pat Nicol had nine from beat nine. Pat found that the fish in the main pools were not very cooperative so he fished the shallower water between the pools and had some wonderful sport. The river has gone back up to fifteen inches overnight so I am hoping for good returns for the last four days of our Season. |
