It has been a very difficult week with the river dropping away and very poor atmospheric conditions. On a one day visit Pete daniels had a brace of grilse from beat nine, Bill Allan hit Loch beg during a spell when conditions were good and was rewarde with three fish in just over one hour. The fish weighed in at 15---10 and 4lbs, the latter of which had sea lice.
We will struggle now until the rain arrives and the overhead conditions improve. On the positive side, I have been watching fish running all week. |
