It has been a pretty difficult week with the cold winds still present until Friday. June Walker had a brace of fish on beat nine and followed with another sea-liced fish from beat seven, Tony Whatcott had three from beat thirteen but highlight of the week was when Mark Shirley landed his first Thurso salmon and this, after nine visits. The fish was a magnificent fifteen pounder.
